Once submitted and the order has been approved by the District Program Administrator, you will receive a COMPLETED Order Confirmation email.  If you have any questions or problems completing this form, please reach out to ccross@auburn.wednet.edu

Each of these vendors has an open PO.  If there is another vendor that is not listed that you think should be, please contact me.  

• Repairs - Please arrange for repairs on your own.  If you need assistance, seek out a colleague, or reach out to Crystal Cross or Gelinda Williams.   

• Piano Tuning - 

  • • If you would like me to schedule your tuning and/or repair, please let me know what room location your piano(s) is in and what day and time works best.

    • If you would like to schedule your own piano tuning and/or repair, simply schedule a tuning with one of the above vendors.  They will invoice the district upon completion.

    • If you do not see a vendor above that you prefer, please let me know who the vendor is and we can discuss creating a PO. 

About Our ASD Music Department

Elementary Music is for ALL students K-5th grade.  Regardless of our student's experience, financial means, talent, or grade level, we want every student in the Auburn School District to experience the academic rigor, the community, and the joy that performing arts offer each and every day.

• Important dates to remember for Elementary Specialists for the 24/25 school year:

  • • September 25th - Inservice Full Day @ ASD Central Office, Portable  (Use DSL Curriculum sub code)

    • October 21st - October 24th
