    Educational Effectiveness Survey:

The Auburn School District is committed to continuous improvement.  It is important for us to know how our parents/guardians, staff and students regard the job we are doing in providing a quality education for children.

To gather input, the Center for Educational Effectiveness (CEE) Educational Effectiveness (EES) TM suite of Surveys (staff/student/parent) are being conducted this fall in all twenty-two Auburn schools.  The surveys quantify strengths and opportunities for improvement based upon the nine-characteristics of high performing schools.

    Important facts about the EES

    • All staff are encouraged to participate- this includes teachers, classified support staff, office managers, bus drivers, custodians etc…

    • Students in grades 4-12 will participate- if you would like to preview the survey, please contact your student’s school.

    • Parents/Guardians are asked to submit 1 survey for each school in which you have a student enrolled.  You may complete the survey(s) electronically or in paper format.  A paper survey will be sent home with students on November 7th- you will also receive a link to the survey via e-mail.

Confidentiality:  Survey results are confidential.  All results contain an aggregate of individual reflections about the building’s/district’s staff’s work style and organizational culture in a variety of important areas.

The Auburn School District participates in the CEE/EES Survey every two years.
