Welcome to Lakeland Hills Elementary School, home of the Wildcats!

Lakeland Hills Elementary School is a great place to be! We have a very strong and active school community, which strives to educate the whole child. Our school staff is committed to doing whatever it takes to help each individual child learn the required grade level skills, and challenge students who are already excelling above grade level.

We understand the value, and need, to work with parents in educating our children. We believe in building partnerships with our families and welcome your participation. We encourage parents to volunteer at our school, both in the classroom and with our very active PTA that works to support our academic endeavors as well as provides many fun and meaningful events that support our academic program. It takes many volunteers to run these events so I encourage you to join our PTA. The more people we have volunteering the less work and time it takes to get a job done. Our Watch D.O.G.S program (Dads of Great Students) is in full swing. This program encourages dads to get involved in volunteering in their child’s school. We have 1-2 volunteer dads at our school each day. We appreciate ALL our volunteers and we couldn’t do what we do without your help!

We are a Level 3 Green School. Our Green Club meets regularly to find ways to encourage others to “go green”. Our school community has worked hard to earn this level by reducing waste, reusing materials, recycling and teaching others to do the same.
