Transcript Requests

Students currently enrolled in grades 11 and 12 can request official transcripts through SchooLinks to be sent electronically to colleges and universities at no charge.

For assistance, visit the directions on requesting or downloading SchooLinks transcripts or stop by the Career Center or Counseling Office.

Students in grades 9-12 can download an unofficial transcript for personal use through Skyward Family or Student Access under the Portfolio tile. Unofficial transcripts are updated twice a year after grades are finalized-once in February following the first semester and again in mid-July following the second semester.

Students who graduated with the Class of 2026 can request transcripts through SchooLinks to be sent electronically to colleges and universities at no charge.

If you provided a personal email address before graduation, you can log in directly to SchooLinks using that email address. If you did not provide a personal email, you will need to create an alumni account.

If you need a transcript mailed, please follow the instructions under the Former Students tab to request a transcript through Parchment.

Auburn School District has partnered with Parchment to electronically send high school transcripts securely. There is a fee for this service.
