1.  Download file.

2.  Fill in the empty fields using Word.

3.  Print.

4.  Bring the completed form to the cashier's office and pay the fee.

5.  Bring receipt, all required documentation, and completed parking form to the attendance office.

6.  Receive your permit.

7.  Hang your permit in your vehicle off of the rearview mirror.

This is important - make sure your permit is visible at ALL times while parked at ARHS.  Failure to display your permit or follow parking rules will result in issuance of a parking citation.
