This is a good chance to take care of some school business.

• Submit completed athletic registration forms
• Pay for ASB card ($15)
• Pick up applications for free and reduced meals.  A new form must be submitted each year.
• Place an order and pay for yearbook
• Receive locker assignment and combination
• Sixth graders must provide Registrar with proof of
• three doses of Hepatitis,
• three doses of DtaP or DT plus 1 dose of Tdap,
• 3 doses of Polio,
• 2 doses of MMR,
• and one dose of Varicella or proof that they have had the disease.
• Update emergency contacts, addresses, and phone numbers
• Pictures will be taken at the Welcome Day, bring exact change or make checks payable to Magic Photography for exact amount
