Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefit Application (CNEEB)
New this Year! The CNEEB replaces Family Income Survey.
What is the same? ASD still participates in CEP and will continue to provide school breakfast and lunch at no charge for all enrolled ASD students, regardless of family household income.
The CNEEB form helps Families qualify for:
• SUN Bucks EBT
• Free ASB card
• Free Athletics Family Pass
• Waive fees for Field Trips
CNEEB helps our district get additional funding for school programs and academic resources such as:
• Before and After school academic and enrichment programs
• Learning Assistance Program (LAP)
• Resources for classrooms and teachers
• Additional School Support Staffing
Primary Family Guardians please take a moment to submit the CNEEB Form electronically by logging into your Skyward Family Access and then click the tiles named Food Service Application plus Consent to Share, follow the prompts on both tiles, review, then submit to finalize. Please allow up to 10 business days of processing time.ASD Technology for Families - Skyward (google.com) - information for help on how to create Skyward family access account or reset password.
Another option for Primary Family Guardians is to complete the paper CNEEB Form, you can print one by clicking on your preferred language below and turn it in to the Child Nutrition office via email Childnutrition@auburn.wednet.edu Please allow up to 10 business days of processing time.

Free School Meals 2022-26
The Auburn School District has been approved to participate in the Federal Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) that provides school breakfast and lunch at no charge for all enrolled ASD students, regardless of family household income. We are so excited to offer healthy, nutritious meals to all ASD students.Schools participating in Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) use the Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefit Application (CNEEB) form to gather important income data. The CNEEB form replaces the previous Family Income Survey form.
The CNEEB form helps to fund school programs, may waive school fees and qualify your family for other community programs.

Child Nutrition Mission Statement
Our Child Nutrition department's mission is to support students and families by offering nutritionally sound, healthy, well-balanced meals every day. Proper nutrition is the key to student learning and academic success. Nourishing breakfast and lunches are available at 23 schools each day, prepared on site. We serve over 4,500 breakfasts and 8,500 lunches each day in our district.
We offer a wonderful variety of fruits and vegetables on our salad bars. Whole grains, proteins, and a variety of low fat milk choices come with the salad bars each day. All meals are trans-fat free and meet the current USDA requirements regulating calories, fats, sugar, nutrients and serving size. Every school offers a variety of entrée choices and options on the salad bar.
