• In the winter of 2022, the ASD hired Corwin to conduct a Collective Equity Organizational Analysis (CEOA). The purpose of the CEOA was to get a baseline of where the ASD is in relationship to the 7 Principles of Culturally Responsive Practices and the 14 indicators towards those principles. The CEOA results were instrumental in informing the work of the Strategic Plan Committee in the spring of 2022. The CEOA allows the ASD to have measuring tools for the district's growth and progress in culturally responsive practices. We will use it to build a more collective and inclusive organization so that we can cultivate a culture of equity across the Auburn School District.
