Suicide And Crisis Line
If you are having suicidal thoughts , call 988. Help is available 24/7 for you to talk to a counselor by phone. This person will listen to you, understand how your problem is affecting you, provide support, and share resources that may be helpful. For even more information click the link above.

Children's Crisis Outreach Response System (CCORS)
Access to CCORS is available through the Crisis Clinic at 206-461-3222 or 1-866-4CRISIS. Crisis outreach and stabilization services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Outreach services include mental health and suicide risk assessments and links to community resources.
