    1. Go to FredMeyer.com
    2. Click on "Sign In"
    3. Enter your email address and password
    4. Click on your name, then on "My Account"
    5. Scroll down to "Community Rewards" on the left hand side of the screen.
    6. In "Find an Organization" type KJ735 or Lake View Elementary PTA
    7. Click "Enroll"

    To enroll for the first time:

    4. Enter your name and create a password
