Athletes! Mark your calendarsnow. Fall sports begin in August before school starts! The first officialturnout day for football is Wednesday, August 21 and all other fall sports areMonday, August 26. Don’t wait until the last minute; pick up an athletic packetnow!
GENERAL
All Summer School students must report to school on Monday, June 24th at 8:00 AM to get theirassigned Room and class. It is still NOT too late to sign up for SummerSchool. It is a great way to catch up on credits. See Mr. Kaup oryour counselor if you have any questions.
Students who were in grades 10,11 and 12 during the 2012-2013 school year may retake the HSPE inAugust in one or both content areas: writing and reading. (End-of-Course is notoffered during the August administration). This includes students who did notmeet standard, who did not participate in testing or who have transferred fromout-of-state. Students must register for the August HSPEbetween June 4-28: Please see your counselor for more details.Students’ score reports are currently being mailed.

Soon-to-be Seniors…Narrow your college choices over the summer and be ready toapply when you return in September. Several of the college applicationweblinks now show essay prompts, including the Common Application site used bymost private colleges in Washington.
