    The new online payment system integrates with Skyward Family Access so parents/guardians will be able to do more with just one stop!  (Click here to view instructions for making online payments through RevTrak.)  With your Family Access login credentials, you will be able to:

    • see if your student was served a meal;
    • monitor account balances (you can choose a low-balance-notification amount so you'll be aware when your student is getting low on money);
    • access the new pay-online program (the new program deposits in real time. . . no more waiting for computers to synchronize);
    • view breakfast and lunch menus;
    • link to the online application for free or reduced-price meals (coming in August), see if your application has been processed, find out meal eligibility, and even print the page from Family Access to verify meal eligibility;
    • continue accessing grades, attendance, and more!

    For information about obtaining Family Access login information, or for assistance with Family Access, please contact staff in the office at your student’s school.

    * Balances parents/guardians can view in mymealtime.com are those saved on the date access to that program ended.  In nearly all cases, students continued to eat meals, reducing that balance, thereby making the amount transferred into Skyward a lesser figure than what is seen by parents/guardians.  If you wish to have an account statement printed, please contact the CNS office.
    Charging Policy

    To help assure that students eat, we may allow a child to charge a meal
    (the parent/guardian is responsible to pay for any meals served to their student).
    A courtesy (emergency) lunch of a sandwich, milk, and fruit, is available to students who do not have money in their lunch account.

    School Bus Stop Information is also available to view on-line. Visit the ASD home page at www.auburn.wednet.edu then go to "Quick Links" select "Find Bus Route & School" tab and then select the "Lea Hill" take home/pick up choices. If there is no stop near you, perhaps you live in a safe-walking area or you are not in the Lea Hill school boundary area.

    Auburn School District Introduces New Tool for Families

    Since this summer our transportation department has been working on transitioning to a new, and what we believe is a vastly superior routing program called Versatrans. It has been a long process but we are convinced it will greatly improve our service to you and our school community.

    Great news! Parents and school staff can now locate the school bus stop closest to their home with the following link from our school district web site. Please take a minute to check out the new Versatrans link with attendance area and school bus-stop information. The web site lists each school as the contact number for parents, students & staff needing transportation information.

    Reminder: students are assigned a school bus-stop according to their home address and are not authorized to access any other stop without written permission. If students are in need of an alternate stop for the day they are required to provide a bus pass for that day- issued from your school office. New students to your school should also be given a bus pass when boarding the bus for the first time.

    'ECEAP' will continue as a part of our Lea Hill school community. This is a half day preschool program available for families who financially qualify. Please contact (253) 735-4710 for registration and program details. Head Start is not a Lea Hill Elementary program, but rather a stand-alone program housed on the Lea Hill campus, with their own office staff, phone number and hours. Please contact them directly with your questions and registration information.
