This means that all students at Auburn Senior High School are Title I students! Title I is a federally funded program developed to help schools raise the reading, writing, math, and science levels of students. As a schoolwide Title I school, Auburn Senior High School is able to offer high quality instruction to ALL children.
During the 2014-15 school year, students grades 5-12 in the Auburn School District will receive state-mandated Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) prevention education. A presentation will be offered to parents who wish to preview the curriculum and materials. Two opportunities to preview materials will be given: Wednesday, September 24, 6-7 P.M. and Saturday, September 27, 9-10 A.M., both presentations will be in the Board Room at the James P. Fugate Administration Building at 915 Fourth Street NE, Auburn, WA. Please be sure to arrive on time so as not to miss any of the presentation.
Our school will participate in the 2014 Healthy Youth Survey during the week of October 13th-17th. Students have been taking the Healthy Youth Survey since 1988.
