    Best way to know what's going on is to sign up for Remind using your cell phone or via email:
     
    Cell Phone: It is very simple and you do not need the APP. If you have a cell phone with text messaging, just open a new message and in the TO field type: 81010 and in the message area you will add  @swmliong19 if you are a student/swimmer OR @swmlionp19 if you are a parent and hit send. You will then get text message notifications from authorized senders only. 

     

    Email: send an email to swmliong19@mail.remind.com or swmlionp19@mail.remind.com (leave subject & body blank) and you will receive the notifications via email.
