• Tuition Reimbursements

    At Auburn School District, we value the growth and development of our employees. As part of the commitment to support lifelong learning, we offer tuition reimbursement opportunities for eligible staff.

    To ensure a smooth process, it's essential to familiarize yourself with the guidelines outlined in your agreement. Currently, eligible groups include:

    • Administrators
    • AEA
    • AAEOP
    • Prof-Tech
    • PSEA
  • Electronic Reimbursement Processing via Skyward

    Follow these instructions to submit a tuition reimbursement through Skyward Employee Access
    in just a few easy steps.

            1. Gather your documentation and fill out the certification form with your electronic signature.
            2. Log into Skyward and navigate to Employee Access.
            3. Submit your reimbursement request and attach your documentation from Step 1.

    Your submission will be routed to Human Resources for approval and the Business Office for payment.
    The status of your request can be monitored in Employee Access.

    Hard Copy Frontload Requests

    PSEA, AAEOP and Prof-Tech can request frontloaded tuition monies. The process for submitting this request has not changed. 
    Fill out and sign the request form and return it to Human Resource. Please include proof of payment and a completed Tuition Reimbursement Form. 

    To request the remaining balance, you will complete another Tuition Reimbursement Request form and attach proof of payment and completion.
