Projects Process
Once a Proposal is submitted, you can expect the following process to follow:
- Proposal
- Consulting & review, led by Project Lead
- Internal Review by DoT
- Stakeholder Meeting
- Approval/Prioritization* (Jennifer Clouser, Executive Director)
- Planning Phase
- Work Phase with updates
- Closure
*Projects are prioritized based on the following criteria:
- Systems-focus: Will the outcome advance systems’ practices aligned with district goals rather than the benefit of one person/site? Will the outcome allow us to positively impact students in a significant way such that the effort should be prioritized over others? Will this project contribute to improving existing disparities/impacts on underserved students in our system?
- Scalability: Is the solution scalable and supportable in an enterprise, network system?
- Resources: How much time and manpower is required? Is there capacity to complete successfully in the current context? Or later?
